Every piece is made to order, printed just for you. Your order ships within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed, and free shipping applies to all prepaid orders.
how long until it reaches me?
Most orders in India arrive within 5 to 8 working days, depending on your location and things beyond anyone's control (public holidays, extreme weather). In rare cases it can take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability. For Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, allow up to 10 working days. Good things take a little time š¤
how do I track my order?
Tracking details land in your email the moment your order ships. Didn't receive them? Write to us at support@fifthrebel.com within 48 hours of placing the order and we'll sort it out.
who delivers my order?
We ship through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, whichever serves your pincode best.
tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it?
First, check with family, flatmates, neighbours, or your office mail room. Nine times out of ten, it's safely with one of them.
If it's genuinely missing, tell us within 48 hours of the delivery notification at support@fifthrebel.com. We'll immediately raise it with our courier partner and investigate. Genuine cases are fully refunded after investigation, which takes up to 10 working days. Please note we can't take action or be liable for claims made after the 48 hour window, so reach out fast.
