Exchange & Return Policy

Every Fifth Rebel piece is made to order. When you place your order, your piece gets printed just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. It's what makes each piece personal, and it's also why we can't take products back the way fast fashion brands do. So please check the size chart carefully before ordering (it's on every product page), and if you're stuck between sizes, just DM or email us before buying. We'd genuinely rather help you pick right than process an exchange later.

the basics

For all returns and exchanges, write to us at support@fifthrebel.com within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day). Requests after 7 days can't be accepted.

exchanges (size issues or wrong product)

  • Wrong size or wrong product delivered? We'll exchange it for the right size or the correct product of the same value. No extra charge, and we'll arrange reverse pickup šŸ“¦
  • Exchanging for a higher-value product? Just pay the difference online.
  • Size issues are eligible for free exchange only, not refunds.
  • The product must be unused and unwashed, with the original sticker label attached, folded and packed properly so it survives the trip back. Without this, the exchange can't be processed.
  • One exchange/return request per order.

refunds

  • Refunds are only for genuine cases of defective products. Email us at support@fifthrebel.com with your order details, the issue, and photographs of the defect.
  • If a return is accepted in an exceptional case (no defect, correct order delivered), ₹100 is deducted from the refund toward reverse pickup logistics.
  • Refunds go back to the same account the payment came from, or to a bank account you share.
  • Products bought on sale or with a discount code aren't eligible for refunds.
  • If our verification finds the damage was caused after delivery (by use, wash, or mishandling), we won't be able to refund.

a few honest notes

  • Colors and designs may vary slightly from what you see on screens. Every display shows colors a little differently. Slight variation isn't grounds for return or refund.
  • Please don't accept visibly damaged packages at delivery. Refuse them, and let us know right away.
  • Used or washed products can't be exchanged or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that don't meet these conditions.
